I agree about the safety. I use long velcro straps that are at least an inch wide. But when it comes to the safety of your dog, I wouldnt compromise at all. I think you have to do whatever feels the safest and definetly money isnt an issue as our furbabies are priceless. I think those mesh type harnesses look very comfortable and safe for the dogs.
