That is sad, but understandable why you could not have adopted the other pup. If this breeder was not being honest what else might you have to deal with? Liquid poop is the least of it ~ could it be an upset tummy, a parasite; I think the breeder was looking for someone she/he could have swindled easily. At least you knew what questions to ask. I would have similar feelings.
