My suggestion is to spay her. However, if you decide to breed her, don't until her 2nd Heat or 18 months of age. But, most importantly, if you haven't started already, study everything there is to learn on breeding yorkies, make sure you know her pedigree; inside and out. Have her ears, eyes tested, heart checked, hips and legs x-rayed, bile acid tested and make sure she is free from any infections. Make sure the stud you pick out has all the appropriate tests too and make sure he compliments your girl. There's alot to learn.....Find yourself a mentor. Breeding is a big responsibility.

Contact the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Oklahoma.....visit the YTCA.org website and you can get their contact information there. I know the people there very well, talk to them, I'm sure they'll give you some information and help.
