When it comes to their safety, I don't consider $30 pricey, especially since it would probably last a lifetime or close to it if it was necessary.
How do yours connect? Is it velcro or what?
I would love to put a pretty little harness on mine, but safety is my primary concern. Muffin was a bigger yorkie and so is Kacee...
