| I had to revive this thread after 6 weeks...
My 5-month old puppy still poops a lot. She's still eating Nature's Variety Instinct Duck Meal and Turkey Meal and she loves it. I feed her now 3 times a day and she poops 6 times a day. And when she does poop, she lets out not too little poop. Her poop is normal in form/texture and has a very strong smell. And I think the strong smell makes her wanna eat her poop. And she does! Everytime when I'm not looking, even if I'm just there! Is it because she is hungry since she poops a lot? I tried feeding her pineapple and S.E.P.(<--like Forbid) and it doesn't work. And yes she is actually hungry most of the time and while I'm preparing her food she gets all crazy barking and jumping until I serve it. I give her little treats in between meals and I do not free feed her. But If I do, I don't think she'll eat it all up in one time because there was a time I put too much food in her bowl and she did not finish it. She stops eating when she's full, I guess.
I don't know if there's a problem somewhere here.
