We are renting out our basement... or trying to, but getting no bites.

We are offering a full sized LR, BR, and full bath with shared kitchen and laundry room. We are asking $700 plus 1/3 of the utilities. That might seem like a lot for some people, but this is the fastest growing county in the US and everything is expensive here. Our rent is almost $2000!!

Anyways, I've advertised everywhere... newspapers, craigslist, kijiji, our hospital's bulletin board, my mil put an ad at her work place, my husband put an ad at his former workplace, and we've only had one person come to look at it and never contacted us back. I'm going to print more ads today and put in grocery stores. Where else can we advertise?

I just don't understand... this area is always on the go and people are constantly moving and looking to rent places while their house is being built... What else can I do?
