I have no idea if it is true, but it is definitely something that I worry about
when I first got my puppy I didn't want him boding with anyone else except me when I first got him so I could establish in his mind that I was his mommy.
Sorry I am no help but I am so glad that I am not a horrible person and other ppl worry about this too......
