She is too small to be used for breeding at 4lbs, there is too big a risk something could go wrong, regardless of the male's size. There are greater chances for some types of cancers in an female not spayed. Enjoy your little girl for the pet she is meant to be.

Ruby was spayed at 13 months, right after her first heat. I would have preferred having her spayed before she went into heat, but was a little concerned about her size at the time, 3lbs.
