Wow! I never heard of such a thing! Maybe the groomer meant well but had no right to just start chopping away on your baby! And besides that I know most places like that require you to produce a current vaccination record for the safety of all the dogs! That was a very dangerous, impulsive,unethical , irresponsible action on his part and I would def speak to the manager about it. Did he charge you anything? I certainly hope not!
