You might have a different opinion on this subject if you had witnessed what I did two weeks ago at the local dog auction. Those "mixes" that are in such "high demand" and supposedly selling a lot better than yorkies.....a lady was buying them up at $5-10 apiece.....she sells to medical research!!!!!

And btw, this is a breeders auction.....the breeders weren't the ones buying the mixes. We rescued one....we don't have near enough foster families for all of them
