Baby Chloe has the black spots too. What the heck is it? Only on her genital area / stomach. The vet sold us some shampoo that got rid of her dandruff and helped sooooo much with her itching. It is called DOUXO calm shampoo. The vet said once a day every three days. After 3 treatments, switch to once a week. It literally healed her dry flakey skin in two treatments. It was $22.00 at the vets office. Might be cheaper online, but the bottle is 6.8oz and will last a long time. Can't say enough about how it helped Baby Chloe.
