I've heard of yorkies that regress and the only advice I can give is to NOT let them have the run of the house. Many people start over crate training! Especially after so many accidents...they have to learn it is NOT acceptable. Can you put them in a small area....I would use pads...and start over from scratch.
Daizy had gone through her moments where she had a few accidents during a day...so I would put her in an area where she didn't have full access to the house and put down a pad. She learned quickly that her potty behavior was not tolerated..
Also have you used an Enzyme on the urine? If you haven't then they will continue to smell it in the carpet...if that's where they are going...and will keep going potty in that area. Regardless of what you do.
