Sounds like you have a great vet! Yorkies are 36 times more likely to have a liver shunt than all other breeds combined, so your vet is right to be extra careful and do a bile acids test.
97 is really only slightly elevated. (Normal is between 10-84) I'm sure he will be just fine. |
