I got my male Yorkie at 8 weeks of age because the breeder said he was ready to go, and she was right. He was an only child and is a biter. He is now 20 wks. old and is getting better. I feel he is on the aggressive side because he is a male and we play with his a lot, which he loves, but I feel that possibly it has made him more aggressive. When he is old enough I intend to get him fixed, which I am sure will help his behavior. He has more energy than any 10 dogs.

He is getting better in the grooming dept. He was terrible at first. He learns very quickly, but does not like to be disciplined, and lets us know in no uncertain terms. I think, this too, will get better with age.

Good luck with your puppy. Eventually, he will become the dog you want and know he can be.
