Search for reverse sneezing....that may be what you're hearing or she may be eating/drinking too quickly.
I'd take her to the vet to be wormed. There are more than one type of worms....I'd want to be certain the medication given is correct for the type of worm. Sometimes they can just give an injection.
Due to their size my vet won't spay/neuter yorkies until 6 months of age.
