Too funny you posted this girl. I JUST bought a new camera 2 days ago because I dropped my older Canon (the PowerShot S45) - I always loved that camera but it was time to get a new one anyway as I had-had it for several years.
I LOVE Canon cameras and think they are the best

The one I just bought is the SD1100-IS. I HIGHLY recommend it! I'm telling you girl, the pictures are clear and perfect and sharp and so is the video. The sound quality is great and the video is crystal clear. It has Color Swap which I love (it is really neat) and it also has Face Detection which is really cool
I would suggest giving one a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed!
