She was spayed on Monday...and was doing fine up until this morning. We went to the vet this afternoon. He said that the incision looked ok, that the knot was a sub...something, but it wasn't a problem. He gave her an antiobiotic that will clear up the diahrrea and kill any infection if there happens to be any, but he didn't think so. He also gave her a round of worming meds just incase that might be the problem. He tried to get a sample, but couldn't. I gave her the antibiotics a couple of hours ago, and she seems like she's perked up a bit. Thank you all for your concern. Bella sends her kisses!
