I have a 2006 Mini CooperS - I've had it just over a year and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I bought a 2006 rather than a 2007 because in 2007 they changed the body style higher/longer (except on the convertibles and I didn't want a convertible). Mine is metallic blue with a blue roof and white stripes. (It is the ONLY one like it in the city I live in
- no problems finding my car in a crowded parking log for sure!)
We found the car on ebay, contacted the dealer who was in Plano, Texas. The dealer flew hubby and me to Texas where Patty58 picked us up at the airport - after a fantastic lunch and visit with Patty and her daughter and granddaughter they drove us to the dealership. We completed the purchase and drove home to Georgia. What a wonderful experience.
$850 probably isn't too bad if you drive alot especially considering gas prices. Hummmmm I'll have to keep that pretty little one in mind once they get all the kinks worked out and are readily available.
