milu likes smaller dogs (smaller than her) to play with, but it's hard for me to find smaller dogs for her to play with because milu is only 2.6 lbs.

Ya know I think it is! Chloe is scared of bigger dogs, but with smaller dogs I think she's better?? She's 8 lbs, and she seems to be scared of even dogs her same size...
