I would have been angry with them just like your mom was, but that's who I am. There are too many people in this world who only care about themselves and get what they want no matter who they hurt. I dont think its right that they made you pay for the dog stuff though. I mean, they were planning on keeping your dog, right? I would have happily paid the reward and thats it, but also involved the police.
