yes, maybe use pee-pad if possible. another thing you can try is maybe put their cloths in the dryer and heat it up first before you put it on them to take them outside. also, they sell the little heatpads, maybe you can get one of those and stuff it inside your dog's clothes. just make sure it's not too hot first before you put it in.
