yea....i have seen a lady at a park that i take my dog to use a collar on her yorkie. and the dogs pulls and pulls when he is excited. i didn't say anything to her, because i thought it might be rude to say something like that. but i probably should say something next time i see her.
but your yorkie is so cute. does she do that all the time or just when super excited?
