Thanks Iluvmygirl for posting this thread, thank to everyone who signed the petition, I was so worried it would not be done before the end of the year. Enough people were concerned that lawmakers couldn't ignore them. Hopefully, more states will now adopt this law, after all, what state want to be known as worse than the puppy mill state? Now, I have to change my siggy.
