Mine potty inside on this fake grass potty we have but they all seem so cold already. I have no idea whats going on because I don't remember them freezing this bad when its only October. I've been dressing them in long john pjs and then fleece ones on top. It seems to help a lot. I'm sorry your little one is cold.
