If she has tags on her collar like my babies, maybe she doesnt like the sound of her tags hitting the tile when she bends to pick up the bone? Sometimes my babies will grab their dry dog food in their mouths, then run to an area w/ a rug to drop it all then eat it. I think they don't like hearing the loud clanging of their tags hitting the tile??? lol
