Well the child is having a hard life and probably knows more it sounds than the mother does. I don't think she has time for the skin child or the furbaby. Lets see how many people you have heard that has left there child in cars and they have even died from the heat. I can't imagine how you can not know that you didn't get your child out of the car. Now that show how people don't use there heads. I think each parent like that needs to have serious fines and schooling and the child even taken away. I understand child services and how they don't want to take a child out of there home. But I'm sorry when they are not getting cared for that is negelect and needs to be dealt with. Otherwise we only hear more and more reports of things like this. I would have taken that child in with me and then let the mother wonder where she was when she came out. Then told the mother you have all the time to look after peoples children and pets that don't want either. How low can that be!!!!! That child probably is told they are too busy for her!!!
