The reason I suspect mange is bc I read that fox are a major carrier...we've had 2 of the roaming my neighboorhood, so often my neighbor downstairs put out a scarecrow. I have never seen them that close, but she did and so did another neighboor I talked to! He pees on the bushes right there especially if its late. |
