Welcome to YT. My Doogan just had a Dermatologist appointment this week because of the same issues as you. He recommends a shampoo called Cortisoothe that is available through your Vet. He also said that when giving them baths, make sure it is with cool water and never dry them with a hairdryer. Hope this helps
