When I was growing captain jack's stop (that's what that area is called) out it was so hard for me not to cut it. I am a groomer and my fingers just itched to get my clippers ahold of it!!!! I am glad now that I didn't trim it. Its still not long enough for a top knot on top of his head. I put it in a small latex grooming band so he kind of has a little topknot between his eyes. I know that sounds crazy, but it is really cute! This isn't the cutest pic of it, but the its the only one I could find that showed it without a bow!! Hope that helps!
