SAW her make the stock, and while you're right, she probably shouldn't have called it turkey stock, it's the best darn stock I've ever tasted, the browning of the chicken and vegetables make a huge difference. I skipped that step one year, so I know. Thanks for mentioning a recipe that is wonderful, but not posting it.
