One thing to remember with clothing is that if the dress is 12" on the chest, it will NOT fit a dog with a 12" chest. It will be too small. Depending on how it secures under the dog, there has to be some overlap to keep it on the dog. ...Unless it just slips over their head. Monkey Daze's size chart may be messed up, but that's one thing to consider when measuring it yourself.
