Star Dinner Help! please?

so i am making chicken tighs once again. and I love the thighs and the crunchy skin. I have used oil on the skin for it to become crunchy but it wont. Any suggestions?

Ive tried the broiler...burns the skin...Ive tried 500 temp for 10 minutes and wont do anything.
