I would also consider changing his food. I think sometimes they go through stages too. Wrigley will go through a stage where he eats any peice of food he can find, but then like this morning, he didn't want anything to do with food at all. I know I do that myself, sometime I can eat a ton, and other times I just don't feel hungry, I think it happens with dogs sometimes as well. If he is a healthy weight and active he is probably fine. But like someone else said use the side of the bag as a guideline, they seem to be helpful.
