I was devestated when I saw the x-rays and scared when they told me she had to have surgery. The first 2 days when she came home she just layed in her bed. I had to carry her outside to potty. And then it was short walks to force her to use the leg. It was sad to see her walking on 3 legs. It took about 2 weeks for her to start using all her legs.

I hope this helps, and your baby will be fine, but I know you will still worry, we all do. I will be praying for your baby and wishing you all well. Let me know how you do.
Yes it is scary, but so common.Chloe is already hopping on 3 legs, its so sad! I will be so relieved when she is better! Thank you for the well wishes,I'll let you know how she does! Lisa
