I am glad too! I had no idea that this is so common with yorkies! My baby was fine, running around in the yard when I noticed she was holding her back leg up. At first I thought it was something in the pad of her foot. Since this happened in the evening, the next morn. I took her to the vet when I saw she couldn't walk. I was devestated when I saw the x-rays and scared when they told me she had to have surgery. The first 2 days when she came home she just layed in her bed. I had to carry her outside to potty. And then it was short walks to force her to use the leg. It was sad to see her walking on 3 legs. It took about 2 weeks for her to start using all her legs.

I hope this helps, and your baby will be fine, but I know you will still worry, we all do. I will be praying for your baby and wishing you all well. Let me know how you do.
