If the woman is truly mentally ill, she did not realize what she was doing. Perhaps she should not have been given the responsibility of caring for a pet alone. I am going to pray for a quick and painless recovery for Bobo as well as a prayer for his owner, if she does realize what has happened. I just want to add that I am NOT saying that her actions were not horrible and that I am not saying that she should not be punnished.
