OMG!! That's horrible!! That is such a tough call. Part of me says to not go back they should know what they are doing as a spay is sooo routine(they should not have messed up). The other part says to take her back cuz they know the problem - but what's to say they won't find the ovary again and dig around again causing MORE PAIN. I'm sooo sorry I wish I could offer some advice.... that's such a hard decision
