[you don't have to answer] but is his daddy out of the picture completley? Cause if not, maybe you could work it out so Tobey could stay with him during the day and you could swing by and pick him up on your way home? If not, maybe you have a neighbor or a kid in the neighborhood who could stop in and check on him a few times?
