I freeze homemade sauce (on those very rare occasions that I make it) but we always use a whole jar so I never thought about it. To those feezing- do you think you can freeze Alfredo? My daughter loves it and eats it as a quick easy dinner sometimes when I make something a little too 'out there' for her palate.

Those forgotten half empty jars are where I work on my own little science experiments.

Actually alfredo doesn't grow mold but it sure can turn stinky.
