Hmmm, I don't know why that would happen as lamb is usually pretty well tolerated - but each dog is different. Since she was just spayed though, her system could be sensitive to any changes right now. Post-surgery, I'd wait at least 3 wks before introducing anything. Venison is a very good one too.
