Lots of good advice given so far. My only contribution is to start now with the coming and going, do short periods at first then lengthen them.

Also, I would contact my neighbors and let them know that you are working on getting her use to ya'll leaving and that there may be some noise right now, but that you are doing your best to keep it at a minimum and during day time hours to reduce the annoyance of it. Being proactive with your neighbors always help to avoid anger issues. Good luck!!
