I let my boys out in the winter cold nekkid. They don't like clothes. I love my babies to pieces but if they dont like them I wont force them to wear them. I just make sure I watch them and when/if they start to look COLD I make them come in. I don't think you should worry about her dogs. It does not seem like they are abused or neglected. It was REALLY nice of you to offer her some sweaters though!
