Oh hon, I'm so picky too. It's so tough finding a place to rent these days with everything that's going on. Either the place is already rented, they don't allow pets or I just don't end up liking the place. I really believe this would help us out though. Lilly has NEVER torn anything up and we always leave rental properties how we found them. References are usually not enough though.
