This is good advice, and it worked for us. We put Twinkle in her crate or the kitchen at meal times....she used to ignore her food and sit by the baby's high-chair, waiting for her to drop food (which she always does - in fact she's started dropping it for her on purpose) now I give Twinkle her food at the same time, but shut her in the kitchen with it and let her out when she's done. In the evening when me and my DH eat, I put her in her crate and she always naps until I let her out and then she comes and lays with us. She's got so used to this now that she'll take herself to her crate when she sees us dishing our dinner upxxx
