Thank you everyone! There are a lot of wonderful suggestions here. I plan to get the name tag made this weekend. I've seen the 'real small' tags and thought they were cute. But now with all the info that should be put on them I will go for a little bit bigger one. I just don't want Bentley to be weighed down by his collar
