We see the same thing as you see, and it's not moving. The most common mistake is file size. Non donating members avatars can only be 75x75 pixels, and overall file size can be no bigger than 20 KB. If you reduce the size of the avatar, and then upload it the pictures will move. Donating members get an avatar that can be 125 by 125 pixels or 53.7 KB. This thread has more details.
