That's a really hard question as it depends on what ingredient the dog is allergic to... However, Nutro is not a very high quality food. It could be as simple as switching to a high quality dog food or your baby could require extensive allergy testing.. I would try switching to something like Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Fish.... There's lots of great threads on here about high quality dog foods.
