Do you have a high end boutique? Do you plan to sell the bows? If so, I'd recommend you buy high quality bows that are hand sewn, not glued. Poorly made bows will not last and you will have unhappy customers. I sell my bows to a number of boutiques and they are resold for about $10. If people pay that much for a bow, they will expect it to last for years.

If you are just looking to buy inexpensive bows to put in after a grooming, I think glued bows would be fine.
