Yeah! I love helping people and once we get to the actual problem, we're great. But it always cracks me up when they want to know why it takes so long to return calls. I always want to say "Well ma'am that's because before yours I had already had to listen to 10 life stories. Since they were in their 70's, that took some time. I'm sure the next guy will be ticked off that I listened to you."

Thats why I'm praying for this promotion to management! They NEVER have to talk to the clients. It's like they have a telecommunications shield over them.
