OMG - I JUST discovered what I think is the EXACT same thing this week on Wylie's manhood area - on the outside shaft area: little dark brown specks of I don't know what! Only in that area really. I'm just stumped. Bringing him to the vet on Thursday. I'm in Phoenix too. Weird....
